在英国的中国公民注意签证和居留许可证相关变化，即日起将暂停在英国人员持有中国签证及居留许可入境中国，且不会发放健康状况声明书。新的入境通知实施意味着，在英国的人们近期不能返回中国，下面来看最新通知。
因疫情原因，现宣布暂时停止在英国人员持目前有效中国签证及工作类、私人事务类和团聚类居留许可入境中国。中国驻英国使(领)馆将不为上述人员签发《健康状况声明书》。
持外交、公务、礼遇、C字签证人员不受影响。外国人如确有特殊紧急赴华需要，可向中国驻英国使(领)馆申请签证，持2020年11月3日后签发的签证赴华入境不受影响。
这是中方为应对当前疫情不得已采取的临时性措施。中方将根据疫情形势及时作出调整并另行发布通知。

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, China has decided to temporarily suspend entry into China by non-Chinese nationals in the UK holding visas or residence permits still valid at the time of this announcement. The Chinese Embassy and Consulates in the UK will no longer issue Certified Health Declaration Form for the above-mentioned personnel.
Entry by holders of diplomatic, service, courtesy or C visas will not be affected. Foreign nationals visiting China for emergency needs may apply for visas at Chinese Embassy or Consulates. Entry by non-Chinese nationals in the UK with visas issued after 3 November 2020 will not be affected.
The suspension is a temporary response necessitated by the current situation of Covid-19. The above-mentioned measures will be assessed in accordance with the evolving situation and any adjustment will be announced accordingly.

近日，英国政府宣布将英国遭遇恐怖袭击的风险等级调整为“严重”。据了解，英国政府将恐袭风险分为5个等级，从低到高依次是“低”、“一般”、“明显”、“严重”、“极为严重”。当风险等级为“严重”时，表明发生恐袭的可能性很大。
中国驻英国使馆提醒在英中国公民关注上述信息，近期避免前往人员密集场所，减少非必要出行，发现可疑现象及时报警，如遇紧急情况可联系中国驻英国使领馆寻求协助。
